Shipping Policy – GO Inkjet

At GO Inkjet, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below to understand how and when your order will be delivered.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

Orders placed before 12:00pm (UK time) are usually dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 12:00pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note: During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, promotions, or Royal Mail delays), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. UK Delivery Options & Times

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Standard UK Delivery

Delivery time: 2–4 working days

Carrier: Royal Mail or equivalent courier

Cost: Displayed at checkout

Express Delivery (if selected at checkout)

Delivery time: 1–2 working days

Includes tracking updates

Cost: Displayed at checkout

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Order size and weight

Delivery method selected

Any applicable promotions or free delivery thresholds will be clearly shown at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

If you select a tracked delivery service, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to activate.

5. Delays & Lost Parcels

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. postal strikes, weather, peak seasonal demand).

Please allow up to 7 working days from dispatch for standard deliveries before reporting a missing parcel.

If your order has not arrived after this time, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

We will resolve lost parcels in line with consumer rights and carrier policies.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

GO Inkjet cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returned parcels due to address errors will incur a redelivery charge.

7. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging along with images of the shipping label on the package.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
